If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, then you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order by following the returns process below:-
Please note we do not accept any returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons and we can't offer refunds on sale items, but we are happy to offer a store credit.

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and pouch provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
We offer a 14 day returns policy. The item that you wish to return must be received back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed to the original form of payment within 10 days.
The customer will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returns reach us safely. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.

Remember to always remove your jewellery before showering, swimming and exercising. We recommend that when wearing your items that you should avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products, as these may damage the layer of metal plating and cause discolouration or tarnishing . This is not a fault and can be avoided by caring for your jewellery as detailed above.
